Ivy Lemos Trio

Brazilian singer Ivy Lemos was born in Castanhal of indigenous, African and Portuguese descent. Her multicultural background and passion for world music are reflected in her Latin trio, in which she is accompanied by Armand van Wijck on chromatic harmonica and Panagiotis Gourdoupis on guitar. Ivy chooses the most beautiful repertoire that Brazil has produced for the concerts. The match between her pure voice and the songs of Jobim, Powell, Bosco and De Moraes, among others, evokes a feeling of subdued exuberance.
